The apartment is in a prime location: right by the ski area (the access to the ski lift starts right behind the house), yet quiet but central.

1 minute to the village bus stop, 10 minutes on foot to the town center. The free ski bus runs every 15 minutes from Christmas to Easter. There is also a beginner's ski lift right by the apartment.

Wonderful hiking trails and a mountain bike trail are right behind the house. The view from the window is pleasing and calming at the same time. The panorama, the surrounding meadows, forests and mountains, the nearby stream, the tranquility are unique - relaxation is guaranteed.

The apartment is 35 m² (for 2 - 4 people) and is divided as follows:

• Balcony with table and chairs towards the Kitzsteinhorn

• 1 bedroom with double bed

• living room with sofa bed, dining table and fully equipped kitchenette, oven and TV

• 1 bathroom with shower and toilet

The apartment is on the 1st floor. There is a parking and ski storage room available.

The apartment can be combined with the "Imbachhorn" apartment in the same house on the same floor for a total of 8 people.
